Hotel Solymar - Malaga

Clean simple rooms and a lovely beach nearby. Exploring the Port of Malaga was a highlight. We found delicious restaurants around the corner. The area has good public transport for getting to the city center easily.

One negative was the dated air-conditioning unit in our room that was a bit noisy. It was a minor issue, but still worth mentioning.

Cheerful hotel with good wi-fi, the location was magnificent in the center. The overall atmosphere was quiet, yet some staff members were miserable. It was good to have cool drinks in the tapas bar.

I found the bathroom had lots of mold, quite off-putting. The room had only three electrical sockets. The windows were dirty, and the mesh was broken.

The location was so convenient, just a short bus ride from the airport and only a few minutes' walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated having the shared kitchen area. My room was clean and well-serviced every day, made for easy relaxation after my daily adventures.

my stay was improved with the short walk to the beautiful Playa de Huelin beach and the proximity to local eateries like Marisqueria Huelin just a few steps away, making it easy to enjoy both sun and good food during my weekend exploration.

Stayed in a Triple Room for 5 nights and the beds were really comfortable-way better than I expected! There was a tv with plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi worked great. The air-conditioning kept the room cool, a lifesaver in the heat. The shower had hot water all the time, always nice. The housekeeping was on point, keeping everything tidy and fresh. I loved having a fridge in the room too! No complaints here!
